This series of multi-purpose circulating water vacuum pumps utilizes circulating water as its working medium, leveraging the negative pressure generated by fluid jet action to achieve vacuum extraction.

It provides reliable vacuum conditions for processes including evaporation, distillation, crystallization, drying, sublimation, filtration, decompression and degassing. This pump is especially suited for laboratories and small-scale trials in sectors such as universities, research institutes, chemical engineering, pharmaceuticals, biochemistry, food pesticides, agricultural engineering and biological engineering.

This pump is ODM-manufactured by a renowned electrical equipment producer, featuring fluorine rubber seals that prevent corrosive gases from infiltrating internal components.

Boasting a higher air extraction flow rate than desktop models, this pump caters to vacuum requirements that demand large air extraction volumes.

Equipped with five taps, it meets the vacuum needs of large-scale rotary evaporators and reaction kettles.

The pump body and impeller are constructed from SUS-standard stainless steel sheet metal.

The ejector is made of copper, while the tee joint, check valve and gas-extraction nozzle are crafted from PP material.

The water tank body is made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC), and the casing is constructed from cold-rolled carbon structural steel with an electrostatic spray coating.

Fitted with casters, the pump is easy to move and suitable for flexible placement in laboratories and workshops.

It is ideal for research experiments, small-scale tests and small-scale production processes involving evaporation, distillation, crystallization, drying, sublimation, filtration, decompression and degassing.

It operates on the same principle as desktop-type vacuum pumps.

Regular water replacement in the tank is required to maintain water purity, vacuum level and prevent the formation of dirt deposits.

When used to extract corrosive gases, the water replacement interval must be shortened.

Model SHZ-95A features a SUS-standard stainless steel casing, with all other specifications identical to the SHZ-95B.
