The GZLY-20 pharmaceutical vacuum freeze dryer is engineered for use in pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities. It supports freeze drying of both bulk conventional materials (liquid, paste, solid) and materials contained in vials. Prepared materials are placed in unsealed vials prior to the initiation of freeze drying. Post-drying, an integrated capping device secures vial lids, preventing secondary contamination, moisture reabsorption, and enabling extended long-term product storage.
