The LBR-XSJG illumination biological fermentation system utilizes a color touchscreen to display all measured values and control parameters, significantly streamlining user operation. Four peristaltic pumps are mounted on the front of the control cabinet to deliver acid, alkali, antifoaming agent, and culture medium to the fermenter. Key fermentation parameters such as pH, DO, temperature, and agitation speed are monitored by the controller, with all data and control settings transmissible to the controller or an external computer. Its compact structure allows seamless integration of all components into the unified fermentation system.

Equipped with a Siemens PLC control system and a vinyl LCD touchscreen, the system displays all measured values and control parameters for intuitive user operation. USB connectivity enables data transmission, tank data sampling and display, system data browsing and analysis, as well as parameter setting access.

Light intensity can be freely adjusted via percentage settings, enabling simulation of diverse lighting modes such as day-night alternation to meet specific cultivation requirements.

Core fermentation parameters including pH, DO, temperature, and agitation speed are monitored by the controller, with all data and control parameters transmissible to the controller or an external computer.

Each fermenter tank is paired with four peristaltic pumps installed at the front of the control cabinet, which supply acid, alkali, antifoaming agent, and culture medium to the vessel.

Multiple mixing paddle types are available for selection, including flat paddles, bevel paddles, and turbine paddles.

With a compact structural design, all system components can be integrated into a unified fermentation setup for optimized space utilization.
