Each tank of the conjoined glass bioreactor is equipped with four front-mounted peristaltic pumps, which deliver acid, alkali, antifoam agent and culture medium to the fermentation vessel. Key fermentation parameters including pH, DO, temperature and agitation speed are monitored by the controller, with all data and control parameters transmissible to the controller or a connected computer.
With a compact structure, all components are seamlessly integrated into the fermentation system. Adopting a top-driven direct-coupling mechanical stirring method, it boasts a simple structure and stable operation. Ideal for parallel orthogonal experiments, it provides an optimized approach for process research and reduces valuable R&D time.

1. Integrated with a Siemens PLC control system and vinyl LCD touchscreen, the unit displays all measured values and control parameters in a unified interface to streamline user operation. USB connectivity supports data transmission, tank data sampling and display, system data browsing and analysis, as well as access to configuration settings.
2. The bioreactor offers two stirring configurations: top-driven direct-coupling mechanical stirring or bottom-driven magnetic indirect-coupling mechanical stirring, both featuring a simplified structure and stable operational performance.
3. Each tank is outfitted with four front-positioned peristaltic pumps, dedicated to supplying acid, alkali, antifoam agent and culture medium to the fermentation tank.
4. Critical fermentation parameters such as pH, DO, temperature and agitation speed are real-time monitored by the controller, with all data and control parameters transmissible to the controller or a linked computer.
5. With a space-saving compact design, all system components can be fully integrated into the fermentation setup for efficient space utilization.
