Equipped with shelf heating and programmable capabilities, this unit stores freeze-drying curves and includes a USB export function for convenient monitoring of material drying progress.

8. Specialized gas guiding technology ensures uniform ice trapping in the cold trap with strong ice capture capacity.

9. Intelligent data recording system captures and displays real-time cold trap temperature curves, sample temperature curves, and vacuum level curves; exported data can be viewed, printed, and processed on computers to facilitate process optimization and drying effect verification.

10. Flexible manual + automatic control modes: manual mode for process development, automatic mode for batch production runs.

11. Vacuum levels can be adjusted during drying to prevent foaming and splashing of special materials, improving drying efficiency.
