Equipped with shelf heating and programmable capabilities, this model can store freeze-drying curves and includes a USB data extraction function to facilitate user observation of material lyophilization processes.

An intelligent data logging system provides real-time recording and visualization of cold trap temperature curves, sample temperature curves, and vacuum level curves. Exported data can be viewed, printed, and analyzed on a computer to support process optimization and drying effect validation.

Flexible manual and automatic control modes are available: manual mode supports process development, while automatic mode is ideal for batch production runs.

Vacuum levels can be adjusted during drying to prevent foaming and splattering of specialized materials, thereby enhancing drying efficiency.

The gas inlet/outlet valve utilizes a safety diaphragm valve, which can be connected to an inert gas supply to fill the chamber with inert gas post-drying, extending product shelf life.

Real-time alarm display and historical alarm query functions support efficient fault diagnosis and proactive equipment maintenance.

Customizable user levels and password protection enable hierarchical operational management.
