Manufactured in strict compliance with the national standard of the People’s Republic of China GB/T 9168—1997(2004) Standard Test Method for Distillation of Petroleum Products at Reduced Pressure, this tester is engineered to determine the boiling point range of petroleum products that can be partially or completely vaporized when the maximum liquid temperature reaches 400℃.

1. The system is fitted with a nitrogen interface; post-experiment, it prompts users to open the nitrogen valve to prevent the risk of air entering the vacuum system.

2. Built-in upper and lower limit safety functions safeguard the integrity of glass components in the instrument.

3. System-controlled automatic vacuum regulation ensures consistent high vacuum levels and exceptional stability throughout all experimental procedures.

4. Equipped with an integrated condensate trap and semiconductor refrigeration technology, the trap’s temperature can be lowered to -40°C within 20 to 30 minutes.

5. The system automatically maintains cooling water temperature within ±3°C of the set value. After the experiment, circulating water automatically drains back into the water tank, which includes a liquid level observation window, overflow hole to prevent overfilling, and a level switch that disables heating and pump activation in low-water conditions.

6. The distillation flask’s heating power is intuitively adjustable at any time, with an adjustment accuracy of 0.5%.

7. An integrated automatic condensate recovery system collects oil vapor trapped during experiments; once the cold trap temperature rises post-test, liquefied vapor flows automatically into a recovery bottle, enabling easy removal and measurement for users.
