4. Upper and lower limits can be set for temperature, rotational speed, pH value, and DO value; the system also includes an over-limit alarm function for enhanced process safety.

5. It integrates over-liquid level alarm and automatic refilling functions, as well as over-foam level alarm and automatic defoamer addition capabilities.

6. Historical data and curves for all parameters can be stored for multiple years, and real-time curves can be fully restored upon system restart.

7. The system features a replenishment metering function, supporting scheduled and quantitative replenishment operations.

8. The main body consists of an all-stainless steel 316L tank with no internal dead corners; it is fitted with special fermentation tank sampling and discharge valves, along with transplanting pipes.

9. A wide-angle observation mirror is provided for tank level monitoring, alongside a 12V safety light. The system includes temperature, pH, DO, defoaming, liquid level interface, inoculation, replenishment ports, plus multiple spare ports. All welds are firm, neat, and aesthetically finished.
