Engineered and manufactured in compliance with the People’s Republic of China national standard GB/T509 “Test Methods for Existent Gum of Engine Fuels”, this tester is designed to determine the gum-forming tendency of gasoline, kerosene, and diesel oil during engine operation.

1. The oil bath is an interlayer circular steel container with dimensions of Φ195 mm×255 mm, equipped with a built-in 1000W electric heater and offering temperature control accuracy of (150±3)℃, (180±3)℃, and (250±5)℃.
2. The control cabinet is responsible for regulating the oil bath’s temperature and controlling air flow from external air sources.
3. Constructed from an oil bath and control cabinet, this tester features a compact footprint and rational structural design.
