As an advanced laboratory instrument, the CO2 incubator is engineered for cultivating cells, bacteria and microorganisms. It is an indispensable tool for immunology, genetics and bioengineering research, and is widely deployed in medicine, agricultural science, as well as pharmaceutical research and manufacturing.

1. Adopts a six-sided direct heating and air jacket design for rapid heat-up, eliminating temperature overshoot while ensuring excellent temperature uniformity throughout the chamber.
2. Equipped with a far-infrared CO2 sensor that features fast response, precise concentration regulation, and automatic calibration functionality.
3. Boasts a SUS304 mirror-finish stainless steel arc-shaped inner chamber with antibacterial properties, effectively preventing experimental contamination. A bottom-heated natural evaporation humidification water tray maintains a high-humidity culture environment (≥90% RH).
4. A built-in UV germicidal lamp disinfects the humidification tray water and circulating air, maintaining a sterile experimental environment.
5. The DUF high-efficiency air intake filter removes over 99.97% of particles larger than 0.33μm, significantly reducing contamination inside the chamber.
6. Comes with multiple safety alarms, including over-temperature, abnormal CO2 concentration, and low water level alerts.
7. Utilizes PID control for intuitive operation, supporting fixed-value operation, timed operation, automatic shutdown, power failure memory, power failure compensation, and quick stop/start functions.
8. Dedicated function keys enable straightforward temperature adjustment and setting.
9. An auxiliary menu provides access to over-temperature alarm setup, deviation correction, and menu lock functions.
10. A gentle air circulation system ensures no disruption to cell cultures.
11. Upon door opening, the fan automatically shuts off to avoid cross-contamination between internal and external air, while heating stops to prevent temperature overshoot.
12. Features a double-door design with a reinforced glass double-sealed inner door to prevent CO2 gas leakage.
13. The inner door is equipped with a heating function to eliminate condensation buildup.
14. The outer door features an adjustable opening direction, allowing users to select left or right swing based on their usage preferences.
