Engineered to rapidly and safely evaporate water and organic solvents from samples, the LVC series vacuum centrifugal concentrator produces treated specimens ideal for a wide range of qualitative and quantitative analyses, including chemistry, biochemistry, biological analysis, immune screening, food safety, and residue analysis.

It is suited for concentrating immunoglobulins, drug metabolite concentration, SPE solid-phase extraction, liquid chromatography pre- and post-processing, ADMET/toxicology studies, polymer chemistry, DNA/RNA purification and concentration, oligonucleotide synthesis, forensic medicine/drug abuse testing, and general laboratory concentration tasks.

Vacuum degree control: Initiates vacuuming once the rotational speed reaches the preset value. During operation, vacuum accuracy is maintained at the set level to optimize sublimation efficiency, ensuring safe, efficient, contamination-free sample concentration without foaming or specimen damage.

One-key refrigeration: Equipped with an imported fluorine-free refrigeration compressor unit (refrigerant R404a) to meet environmental standards. It features a pre-cooling function and a broad temperature control range of -20℃ to +60℃, enabling rapid attainment of set temperatures. The chamber is embedded with national standard copper tubing for enhanced heat and cold exchange, ensuring consistent temperature centrifugation results. (LVC-6R only)

One-button preheating: Utilizes PID precise temperature control technology for rapid heating and high temperature control accuracy. It can heat the chamber to 60°C, quickly reaching and maintaining the set temperature.

Automatic vacuum release: Upon completion of operation, power outage, or stop command, the instrument automatically releases vacuum and vents to the external environment. The pressure is slowly relieved to protect samples from excessive positive/negative pressure, and the lid opens automatically once fully released.

Advanced operating system: Features touchscreen programmable operation, microcontroller control, and direct drive via a DC variable frequency brushless motor for precise speed regulation.

7-inch wide-view IPS LCD touchscreen: Supports digital input for simple operation, with real-time interface display of settings, operating parameters, and chamber pressure (mBar). The all-steel chassis undergoes corrosion-resistant orange peel fine wrinkle treatment, boasting streamlined lines and an industrial ergonomic design that combines visual aesthetics with a sense of security, resulting in high recognition.

One-key linkage function: Simplifies instrument operation for enhanced convenience and efficiency.

Split-body design: The concentrator, vacuum pump, and cold trap are independent units that can be freely matched for flexible use.

Multiple rotor options: Cater to varying experimental throughput needs, and can be used for pre-processing and centrifugal concentration of nucleic acid, virus, and other sample types.

304 stainless steel one-piece seamless corrosion-resistant centrifugal chamber: Resistant to organic solvents.

Polymethacrylate transparent cover: Facilitates easy observation of the process. An electric support rod enables smooth one-click lid opening and closing; the lid can also be opened manually during shutdown or power outage.

Comprehensive safety modules: Equipped with over-temperature, low-pressure, and emergency stop warning systems to meet users’ strict requirements for the reliability of the instrument’s concentration performance.
