1. Photometric Measurement: Within the 190-1100nm range, users can select a single-point test wavelength and corresponding method to measure sample absorbance or transmittance. Direct sample concentration reading is also available by inputting standard concentrations or concentration factors.

2. Quantitative Measurement: Determine the concentration of unknown sample solutions using pre-established curves with known parameter factors, or automatically generate a standard solution curve. It supports first-order zero-crossing, first-order, second-order, and third-order curve fitting, with optional single-wavelength calibration, dual-wavelength calibration, and three-point calibration methods. Standard curves can be stored and retrieved for later use.

3. Qualitative Measurements: Define a wavelength range and scan interval to perform interval measurements of absorbance, transmittance, reflectance, and energy for solid or liquid samples. Additional spectrum processing functions include overlay, magnification, smoothing, filtering, peak-valley detection, saving, and printing.

4. Time-Based Measurement (Kinetic Measurement): At a set wavelength, periodically scan samples to record absorbance or transmittance changes over a defined time range. By inputting a concentration factor, absorbance values can be converted to concentration or reaction rate, enabling enzyme kinetic reaction rate calculations. Measured spectra can be processed using functions like overlay, scaling, smoothing, filtering, peak-valley detection, and derivation.

5. DNA/Protein Measurement: Primarily measure absorbance at 260nm/280nm/230nm/320nm wavelengths, then derive DNA and protein concentrations and ratios using built-in calculation formulas.

6. Multi-Wavelength Measurement: Configure multiple wavelength points—up to N wavelengths—to measure absorbance or transmittance of sample solutions, including single-wavelength testing for absorbance and transmittance values.

7. Instrument Calibration Measurement: Built-in specialized calibration functions include maximum allowable wavelength error calibration, maximum allowable transmittance error measurement, and stray light measurement.

8. Auxiliary Functions: Track accumulated operating time for deuterium and tungsten lamps; independently turn lamps on or off; select UV/visible light switching wavelength points; choose operation languages (Chinese, English); perform automatic wavelength calibration; and utilize Bluetooth connectivity.

9. Optional PC Reverse Control Software Package: Enables quantitative measurement, qualitative measurement, time-based measurement, DNA/protein measurement, multi-wavelength measurement, 3D graphic analysis, and spectrum overlay analysis.
