Manufactured in compliance with the PRC industry specification SY/T5651 Technical Condition for Kinematic Viscosity of Petroleum Products, this instrument is suitable for determining the kinematic viscosity of liquid petroleum products (Newtonian fluids) under constant low-temperature conditions. It fully adheres to the PRC national standard GB/T265 and ASTM D445: Petroleum Products – Determination of Kinematic Viscosity and Calculation of Dynamic Viscosity.

1. Capable of holding two samples for simultaneous testing, the instrument is fitted with a stirring motor in its constant temperature bath to ensure uniform temperature distribution across the entire bath.

2. The constant temperature bath’s temperature is regulated by a dedicated controller, with complementary refrigeration and heating components working together to achieve thermal equilibrium and maintain precise bath temperature control accuracy.

3. An LED lighting device is installed at the top of the constant temperature bath, which enhances the clarity of the capillary viscometer’s scale and facilitates easier reading of measurements.
