The LSP-8000N lab-scale spray dryer is our latest offering, developed through continuous innovation in laboratory spray drying system technology. Boasting a compact, mobile design, it integrates an air compressor and electric heater within its cabinet; transparent glass spray and cyclone separator components allow full process monitoring, with all data and functions governed by an English-language PLC system.

features

Equipped with real-time PID constant temperature control technology, the unit provides accurate heating temperature regulation with a control precision of ± 1 °C.

Spray, drying and collection components are fabricated from transparent, high-quality high-temperature resistant borosilicate glass. The entire spray drying process is visible, facilitating experimental process control and timely detection and adjustment of issues.

Two-fluid spray atomization structure is constructed from high-precision stainless steel. Powder particle sizes follow a normal distribution, ensuring excellent fluidity.

Intuitive operation via a large color touch screen, with key parameters displayed on an LCD panel.

Feed volume is adjustable via a dedicated peristaltic pump, supporting sample experiments with a minimum volume of 50ml.

Automatically unblocks nozzles via an adjustable-frequency needle mechanism; upon nozzle blockage, automatic clearing activates to maintain uninterrupted experimental continuity.

Integrated filter systems reduce air pollution and dust emissions.

Built-in imported oil-free air compressor operates at a noise level less than 60db.

Shutdown protection function: During shutdown, if the heater temperature exceeds 60°C, the fan cannot be turned off.
