The DMIX Vacuum Low Temperature Dryer is a high-efficiency, multifunctional fully enclosed vertical drying system that combines drying and mixing operations. Its drying efficiency is 3 to 5 times greater than that of a double cone rotary vacuum dryer of the same capacity.

1. Fully enclosed system design prevents foreign contamination and maintains high cleanliness, making it ideal for mixing and drying sterile biological products, pharmaceuticals, and similar sensitive materials.

2. The tank and discharge valve support in-situ cleaning (CIP) and in-situ sterilization (SIP) for streamlined, compliant process maintenance.

3. Bottom-up circulating stirring enabled by the integrated agitator delivers high-efficiency forced heat transfer. It effectively heats materials at loading rates ranging from 30% to 90%, making it well-suited for mixing and drying crystalline materials.

4. Optional internal heating configuration increases the system’s total heating area by 30% to enhance drying efficiency.

5. The heated stirrer maintains a 5mm to 8mm gap with the cone. Unlike double cone vacuum mixing dryers, the system’s main body does not require rotation, and the vacuum port eliminates the need for a rotary joint—this design ensures superior vacuum level and operational stability.

6. Its small-angle conical cylinder structure enables fast, residue-free discharge for efficient material handling.

7. The vacuum port dust filter uses a titanium alloy sintered mesh—this high-strength component resists fiber shedding and breakage, and can be reused after repeated cleaning. Dust removal is achievable via back-blowing.

8. The system features a compact design, smooth operation, excellent sealing, no lubrication leakage, intuitive operation, and an extended service life.
