Boasting a rational structure, user-friendly operation, and exceptional stability, this device serves as ideal equipment for laboratory experiments and pilot-scale production. The LGD series high-low temperature circulation tanks, oil bath circulation tanks, and circulation pumps are external circulation systems for high-low temperature oil baths. Their operational principle is as follows: via data programming of the unit’s intelligent thermostat, the temperature sensing system feeds back container temperature data to the controller, which regulates compressor refrigeration to achieve low temperatures in the cold tank medium or activates the heater to raise the cavity medium’s temperature. After rapid heating or cooling to meet user requirements, a leak-proof shielded circulation pump transfers the medium to external equipment such as reactors. Once the reflux line is connected and valves are opened, heat circulation and exchange are realized. Our LGD series units seamlessly integrate with double-layer glass reactors, stainless steel jacketed reactors, enamel reactors, and extraction equipment, enabling versatile multi-purpose applications.
When paired with glass reactors, stainless steel reactors, enamel reactors, or extraction equipment, the LGD series high-low temperature circulator can rapidly reach the set temperature whenever quick heating or cooling adjustments are required. This unit supports seamless switching between heating and cooling modes using the same heat-conducting oil, eliminating the need for separate instruments for each function—a key improvement over traditional setups. The entire liquid circulation system is fully sealed and equipped with an expansion vessel. This vessel is thermally insulated from the main circulation loop, connected only mechanically, and its internal medium remains below 60°C regardless of the circulation system’s temperature. As a closed system, it prevents water vapor absorption at low temperatures and oil mist generation at high temperatures. The LGD series is compatible with a wide range of heat transfer oils, covering temperatures from -120℃ to 200℃, and the entire circulation system maintains a leak-free, sealed design.
