As an extraction separator, the glass separator facilitates the mixing of diverse materials for chemical or physical reactions, followed by the separation and extraction of newly formed substances based on differences in specific gravity. Operated under vacuum conditions, this equipment delivers rapid, uniform reaction and collection outcomes. It can also be deployed as a standalone liquid separator or a standard reactor based on operational requirements.

Equipped with a low-speed torque-enhanced motor featuring electronic stepless speed regulation, twist-type fine adjustment, and digital speed display, the unit operates safely, stably, and supports continuous runtime.
The stirring system integrates ceramic bearings and mechanical seals to prevent wear and breakage of the stirring rod.
Crescent-shaped stirring blades are constructed from 304 stainless steel with PTFE coating; the stirring rod is made of 304 stainless steel wrapped in a PTFE tube.
The frame-style main body is fabricated from a combination of aluminum alloy and stainless steel.
The full set of glass components is made of GG17 high borosilicate glass, paired with a PTFE discharge valve that ensures no residual liquid remains at the discharge side.
Brake-equipped universal wheels are installed at the bottom of the machine, enabling whole-unit mobility and easy operation.
Built-in fuse provides reliable overcurrent safety protection.
