The LBR-XGJG Illumination Glass Bioreactor Fermentation System employs a color touchscreen to display all measured values and control parameters, greatly streamlining user operations. Four peristaltic pumps are mounted on the front of the control cabinet to deliver acid, alkali, antifoam agent, and culture medium to the fermenter. Critical fermentation parameters including pH, DO, temperature, and rotational speed can be monitored by the controller, with all data and control settings transmissible to the controller or a connected computer. Boasting a compact design, all system components can be seamlessly integrated into the fermentation setup.

Featuring a Siemens PLC control system paired with a vinyl LCD touchscreen, the unit displays all measured values and control parameters for simplified user operation. USB connectivity enables data transmission, tank data sampling and visualization, system data review and analysis, as well as configuration adjustments.

It is equipped with a specially designed low-position cooling jacket and outer-casing light source to ensure optimal light transmission performance. Light intensity can be freely adjusted via percentage settings, and the system supports simulation of diverse lighting modes such as day-night alternation.

Key fermentation parameters including pH, DO, temperature, and rotational speed are continuously monitorable by the controller, with all data and control settings transmittable to the controller or a linked computer.

Each tank is configured with four peristaltic pumps on the front of the control cabinet, which supply acid, alkali, antifoam agent, and culture medium to the fermenter as required.

A variety of mixing paddles are available for selection, including flat paddles, beveled paddles, and turbine paddles.

With a compact structural design, all system components can be fully integrated into the complete fermentation system.
