Engineered in compliance with GB/T3536-2008 Petroleum Products – Determination of Flash and Fire Points – Cleveland open cup method and ASTM D 92 Standard Test Method for Flash and Fire Points by Cleveland Open Cup Tester, this instrument is suitable for all petroleum products with flash points above 79℃ and below 400℃.

1. Automatically measures atmospheric pressure and corrects flash point values to ensure testing accuracy that meets standard specifications.
2. Adopts an 8-inch IPS high-definition capacitive screen. Powered by a 32-bit ARM processor and high-precision AD chip, it records test data and parameters in real time and displays them through dynamic curve visuals.
3. Equipped with a Bluetooth interface, allowing users to query test data at any time for flexible data access.
4. Utilizes an electronic ignition system that produces a gas flame for consistent, reliable ignition during testing procedures.
5. Supports remote automatic upgrades to obtain the latest software versions, as well as remote equipment status prediction, abnormal early warning, and comprehensive evaluation and maintenance of the instrument’s operating condition.
