The LiCAN 5000 is a research-grade Fourier transform infrared spectrometer featuring a new corner mirror interferometer with 0.4 cm⁻¹ resolution. Adopting an integrated double-angle mirror structure, it supports real-time online monitoring and offers optional moisture-proof ZNSE risers to meet the qualitative and quantitative detection and analysis needs of various products. Additionally, it enables real-time spectral data preview and collection, while providing access to online assistance and multimedia learning resources.

1. Featuring an integrated double-angle mirror structure and aviation-grade frictionless bearings, the instrument provides outstanding operational stability;

Infrared Host: Equipped with fully sealed, dry chambers and a new optical path design, plus an optional moisture-proof ZnSe beam splitter and advanced sealing structure, the instrument maintains a long-term dry internal environment, reduces desiccant replacement frequency, and protects critical core components from environmental interference;

It supports automatic spectral quality inspection, experimental configuration, and various performance verifications in compliance with ASTM standards and relevant methods, including document management, test accessory-host compatibility confirmation, and system performance validation. The instrument displays real-time system status, presenting current, voltage and temperature values of key components, while indicating failure causes and corresponding solutions to ensure optimal spectral data acquisition;

Advanced ATR correction software offers multi-model processing capabilities, accurately correcting the influence of different ATR acquisitions on spectral peak intensity, displacement and non-polarization. This achieves a matching degree of over 97% between ATR spectra and transmission spectra, enabling high-accuracy spectral retrieval and identification;

5. Intelligent instrument control system with 5x faster calculation speed supports fast scanning and continuous monitoring, suitable for reaction kinetics and online fast scan applications;

6. Integrated panel scanning control and standardized operating procedure (SOP) creation buttons simplify the user interface, standardize and optimize operations, and effectively improve work efficiency;

7. Built-in with over 30,000 standard spectra and preset experimental parameters for selection, it supports real-time spectral data preview and collection, as well as online help and multimedia teaching resources;

8. Spacious sample compartment is perfectly compatible with users’ infrared transmission cells, ATR accessories, diffuse reflection cells and other components;

9. External synchronization and external detectors are available to adapt to more testing requirements;

10. Optional MCT detector can be connected to various high-performance accessories such as microscopes;

11. The infrared host connects to computers via an Ethernet network card without restrictions, enabling plug-and-play functionality within the network;
