The four conjoined glass bioreactor is a laboratory-scale glass fermentation system that is user-friendly, highly versatile, and capable of supporting multiple fermentation modes including batch, fed-batch, and even animal cell culture. A color touchscreen displays all measured values and control parameters, streamlining user operations significantly. Each tank is outfitted with 4 peristaltic pumps positioned adjacent to the front tank, delivering acid, alkali, antifoam agent, and culture medium to the fermentation vessel. The controller enables real-time monitoring of key fermentation parameters including pH, dissolved oxygen (DO), temperature, and agitation speed, with all data and control parameters transmissible to the controller or connected computer. Featuring a compact design, all system components are seamlessly integrated into the fermentation setup. Agitation is achieved via either upper-driven direct-coupling mechanical stirring or lower-driven magnetic indirect-coupling mechanical stirring, offering a simplified structure and consistent, stable performance.

Equipped with a German Siemens PLC control system and a 10″ touchscreen for display and operation, featuring a full Chinese menu and user interface.

Offers two agitation options: upper-driven direct-coupling mechanical stirring or lower-driven magnetic indirect-coupling mechanical stirring, boasting a simplified structure and stable, reliable operation.

Each tank is outfitted with 4 peristaltic pumps located adjacent to the front tank, enabling precise delivery of acid, alkali, antifoam agent, and culture medium to the fermentation vessel.

Incorporates a rotameter for visual display and precise adjustment of gas flow to meet process-specific requirements.

All internal tank components are mounted on the tank lid, enabling easy maintenance and cleaning; stepless speed regulation with automatic setting control ranges from 50-1200rpm±5rpm.

Supports comprehensive data analysis, storage, and curve visualization; data can be retained for years, exported via USB flash drive, with tank data sampling and display, system data browsing and analysis, and setting review capabilities.

Boasts a compact design with all components seamlessly integrated into the complete fermentation system.
