The refrigeration section uses a fully enclosed compressor for mechanical cooling, consisting of plate heat exchangers, expansion valves and pressure protectors to meet cooling requirements. For heating, electric heating tubes warm the circulating fluid, while an internal circulation pump transfers refrigerant or heat medium through external pipelines to the jacket of supporting equipment, enabling indirect heating and cooling of materials inside the reactor.

For external circulation operation, connect the unit’s upper outlet pipeline to the kettle body’s lower inlet; circulating fluid will then flow back from the kettle’s upper circulation port to the unit’s lower return port, forming a complete closed circulation loop.

This explosion-proof high and low temperature circulator supports rapid switching between heating and cooling modes. A single medium—high and low temperature silicone oil—serves both functions, eliminating the need to change media after connection.

The entire liquid circulation loop of the circulator is fully sealed and equipped with an expansion vessel. The expansion vessel is thermally insulated from the main circulation loop, only connected mechanically and not participating in fluid circulation. Regardless of the loop’s temperature, the medium in the expansion vessel remains below 60℃, preventing water vapor absorption at low temperatures and oil mist generation at high temperatures.

1. Standard temperature control accuracy reaches ±1°C; connection of an external sensor is supported, which enhances temperature difference accuracy to ±0.5°C.

2. Equipped with a PLC control module, the unit supports computer connection for remote operation. It enables multi-point continuous temperature control, segmented programming, and constant temperature maintenance, with a single computer capable of managing multiple circulators to boost operational convenience and efficiency.

3. A built-in USB interface allows for data download, enabling users to save and archive testing or reaction-related material data for future reference and analysis.

4. Over-temperature protection with a maximum temperature limit triggers automatic power-off when thresholds are exceeded, safeguarding the unit from damage caused by excessive temperatures.

5. Comprehensive power supply protection covers phase loss, incorrect live wire connection, and over/under voltage conditions, with error code E-01 displayed for such faults.

6. Compressor overheating protection activates to shut down the compressor when its temperature tolerance is exceeded, with error code E-02 shown to alert users.

7. Water cooling systems feature water flow and low water pressure protection, with error code E-03 triggered for related anomalies.

8. Sensor fault protection is integrated, with error code E-04 displayed to indicate sensor malfunctions.

Note:

(1) When connecting the circulator to a reactor via oil pipes, total pipeline length should not exceed 4 meters (2 meters for inlet and 2 meters for return pipes). Exceeding this length may cause damage to the glass reactor body.

(2) The temperature ramp-up and ramp-down rates of the circulator are affected by ambient conditions, with an optimal maximum ambient temperature of 30℃.

(3) The explosion-proof model is recommended for regions with high humidity (humidity >50%), such as southern areas with moist climates.

(4) The circulator and reactor must follow a “low inlet, high outlet” configuration for oil circuit connections to ensure proper circulation.
