It is specifically designed for drying powdery and light materials that are susceptible to damage from air blowing.

2. The unit incorporates a full explosion-proof design, with overall explosion-proof technology applied to both equipment and electrical components. A centralized explosion-proof control box prevents leakage of high temperature, static electricity, sparks and other unsafe hazards.
3. Heating is provided by an explosion-proof 304 stainless steel heating tube for secure, efficient thermal performance.
4. All exposed connecting wires are housed in explosion-proof flexible tube sets, isolating static sparks and blocking temperature leakage to ensure operational safety.
5. The system is mainly composed of a drying chamber, explosion-proof heating system and explosion-proof electrical control components.
6. The chamber’s inner liner is made of mirror-finish stainless steel for easy cleaning, while the outer shell uses high-quality steel plate for an aesthetically pleasing, durable construction.
7. A valley-type convection system ensures uniform temperature distribution across the entire drying chamber.
8. Pull-out tray shelves allow for quick, convenient sample loading and retrieval.
9. An LCD full-screen display supports multi-data operation and includes a power failure memory function to retain settings after interruptions.
