The LFSD-1 experimental spray freeze dryer is equipped with an air-cooled condensation fully enclosed compressor refrigeration system, featuring fast cooling speed, low freezer temperature, high water absorption capacity, plus digital display of temperature and vacuum level for precise, intuitive monitoring;

Unlike conventional freeze dryers, the LFSD-1 experimental spray freeze dryer enables rapid freeze-drying of wall-adherent liquid materials and organic-containing substances (e.g., juice, Chinese herbal medicine extracts). The final dried products are granular with excellent flowability, and particle size can be adjusted within a defined range;

3. The LFSD-1 experimental spray freeze dryer integrates spray drying and vacuum freeze drying technologies in one unit.
