This electric heating double layer stainless steel reactor features rapid heating, excellent high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, zero environmental contamination, and intuitive operation. Equipped with a digital display controller, it enables one-click rapid temperature adjustment without requiring circulating heat transfer oil. Reaction solvents are held in the inner layer for stirred reactions, while the interlayer can be connected to various cold and heat sources (refrigerant fluid, hot water, or hot oil) for cyclic heating or cooling. Within a sealed stainless steel vessel, stirred reactions can be conducted under atmospheric or negative pressure as needed, with capabilities for reaction solution reflux and distillation. It serves as ideal pilot and production equipment for modern fine chemical facilities, biopharmaceutical applications, and new material synthesis.

The entire unit is constructed from SUS316L or SUS304 stainless steel, offering excellent chemical stability and mechanical strength.

Variable frequency speed control with AC induction motor ensures constant speed operation, brushless spark-free performance, and safe, stable continuous operation.

Eight-port reactor lid with oversized openings for easy cleaning, and standard port connections to optionally assemble reflux, distillation, and synthesis systems.

The interlayer interface supports circulation with hot oil for heating reactions and can be connected to refrigerant fluid for low-temperature reactions.

A stainless steel ball valve at the bottom discharge port ensures zero dead volume in the vessel; the valve is removable to simplify solid material discharge.

For room-temperature reactions, reaction heat can be rapidly dissipated by circulating tap water through the interlayer.
