Our double layer glass reactor series is engineered for R&D and manufacturing operations across the pharmaceutical, chemical, and bioproduct industries. Operating under vacuum or negative pressure, it utilizes constant-speed stirring to ensure uniform material reaction within the kettle body. The glass jacket can be connected to high-temperature circulation systems for heating, evaporation, separation, and solvent recovery; paired with external refrigeration units for low-temperature material reactions; or linked to combined high-low temperature systems for processes requiring both heating and cooling cycles. All components in contact with materials are constructed from high-temperature, corrosion-resistant borosilicate glass and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), making this reactor particularly suitable for reactions involving easily decomposable or denaturing bioproducts, as these materials resist chemical interaction with a wide range of substances.

1. The reactor vessel is fabricated from borosilicate glass (GG-17), boasting exceptional physical and chemical stability, while its transparent design allows full visibility of internal processes.
2. Featuring PTFE components and mechanical seals (proprietary technology), the reactor delivers excellent vacuum retention and an extended service life.
3. The stainless steel stir bar is fully coated in PTFE, making it suitable for agitation of diverse solvents without causing contamination or corrosion.
4. Both the stirring and lifting motors are low-speed gear motors, offering stable operation, high torque, spark-free performance, and a long operational lifespan.
5. Equipped with a dual digital display for speed and temperature, the reactor allows intuitive speed adjustment via a control knob. A PT100 temperature probe installed inside the vessel provides real-time readings of material temperature.
6. A dead-angle-free angled glass discharge valve minimizes mixing dead zones and facilitates easy material discharge.
7. The unit’s main structure combines a stainless steel frame with aluminum alloy components, ensuring a sleek, robust, and corrosion-resistant build.
8. The compact, well-designed structure includes brake-equipped universal wheels, enabling full unit mobility and straightforward operation.
9. Integrated vacuum display functionality allows users to select the optimal operating vacuum for processing high-boiling-point materials.
