Desktop In-situ Sterilized Glass Fermenter with Stirring During Sterilization & 1-10L Volumes

The LBR-XGCA/XGJA multifunctional glass biological fermentation system uses a color touchscreen to display all measured values and control parameters, streamlining user operations. Four peristaltic pumps are mounted on the front of the control cabinet to deliver acid, alkali, defoamer and culture medium directly to the fermenter. The controller enables real-time monitoring of key fermentation parameters including pH, DO, temperature and agitation speed, with all data and control settings transmissible to the controller or a connected computer. Boasting a compact, integrated design, all system components are seamlessly integrated into the fermentation unit. It supports two mechanical stirring configurations: upper-driven direct coupling or lower-driven magnetic indirect coupling, both featuring a simple structure and stable operation. Sterilization is performed via an automated in-situ programmed process.
