Engineered specifically for organic solvents, this closed-loop spray dryer replaces conventional air with a circulating nitrogen-based inert gas medium for spray drying operations. It supports dual recovery of both processed products and organic solvents, and is purpose-built for handling low-flash-point, slightly toxic, flammable, and explosive organic solvents.

1. Features an innovative atomization system with a hard-contact mechanical structure, eliminating gaskets and preventing leakage. Unlike standard electric centrifugal nozzles—where superheated corrosive steam under positive pressure can corrode wires, degrade and detach their plastic insulation, leading to short circuits—this system produces ultrafine powders ranging from 1-8 microns, ideal for battery material preparation.
2. Enables recovery of solvents present in the feed liquid alongside target products.
3. Supports low-temperature drying operations at temperatures below 100°C.
