Engineered specifically for organic solvents, this closed-loop spray drying system employs recirculating nitrogen as an inert atmosphere in place of standard air for spray drying operations. It facilitates the recovery of both end products and organic solvents, and is purpose-built for handling organic solvents with low flash points, mild toxicity, or flammable and explosive properties.

Equipped with the innovative (BLG-ES-VER2018-1A) atomization system, which features a mechanical hard-contact structure with no gaskets and zero leakage. Unlike conventional electric centrifugal nozzles, it avoids long-term contact between superheated corrosive steam and nozzle wires under positive pressure—an issue that causes wire insulation corrosion, softening, and detachment leading to short circuits. This system produces ultrafine powders ranging from 1-8 microns, making it ideal for battery material preparation.
