The LSP-5000 centrifugal spray dryer is a specialized drying system optimized for low-temperature, high-viscosity liquid materials, developed through multiple iterations based on leading domestic and international spray dryer designs. Its operating principle is as follows: Filtered cold air enters the heater to reach a specified temperature, then flows into the air distributor atop the spray tower, where it travels in a spiral path toward the tower base. Simultaneously, liquid is pumped to the centrifugal atomizer at the tower’s top, which breaks it into ultra-fine mist droplets. These droplets make parallel contact with hot air for complete heat exchange, causing rapid moisture vaporization and quick formation of finished dry powder. The final product is separated via a cyclone and discharged, while exhaust steam is removed by an induced draft fan.
