Cabinet Type Two Conjoined Parallel Glass Fermenter Featuring Siemens PLC Control & Integral Mobility

This cabinet type two conjoined parallel glass fermenter uses a color touchscreen to display all measured values and control parameters, streamlining user operation significantly. Eight peristaltic pumps are mounted on the front of the control cabinet to deliver acid, alkali, antifoam agent and culture medium to the fermenter vessels. Key fermentation parameters including pH, DO, temperature and agitation speed can be monitored by the integrated controller, with all data and control settings transmissible to the controller or a connected computer. Boasting a compact structure, all components are seamlessly integrated into the fermentation system. It supports two stirring configurations: upper-driven direct coupling mechanical stirring or lower-driven magnetic indirect coupling mechanical stirring, featuring a simple structure and stable operation.
