The XRY-1C automatic oxygen bomb calorimeter is designed and manufactured in strict adherence to the People’s Republic of China national standards GB/T 213 “Method for Measuring the Calorific Value of Coal” and GB/T 384 “Determination of Calorific Value of Petroleum Products”, as well as the national metrological verification regulation JJG672 “Oxygen Bomb Calorimeter” and Shanghai enterprise standard Q/VCZK 10 “XRY Series Oxygen Bomb Calorimeter”.
As an upgraded, computer-controlled automated and intelligent device, it autonomously completes calorific value tests for combustible materials including coal, oil, coke and paraffin. It is the ideal choice for relevant sectors such as thermoelectric power, coal, metallurgy, building materials, chemical engineering and food processing.

1. Integrated with an electronic measuring cup, it eliminates manual water weighing by automatically measuring inner cylinder water volume, with a repeat error of less than 0.4g.
2. Employing semiconductor refrigeration technology, the device adjusts cooling capacity based on measured calorific value and automatically stabilizes water temperature, enabling uninterrupted long-duration testing while guaranteeing result accuracy.
3. Standardized pipeline design reduces overall pipeline length for optimized fluid dynamics, enhancing the accuracy of experimental results.
4. Equipped with an advanced USB interface for plug-and-play functionality, a single computer can operate multiple calorimeters simultaneously.
5. The instrument automatically measures ignition wire resistance and verifies proper ignition wire installation prior to each test.
