1. Featuring a Siemens PLC as its core controller, supplemented by high-precision temperature sensors, oxygen sensors, temperature control modules, and analog modules, the system offers exceptional control accuracy, consistent stability, and enhanced safety. Its user-friendly human-machine interface allows operators to monitor process data in real time.

2. Developed as our next-generation model with a large-screen true-color touchscreen microcomputer control system, this anaerobic incubator uses scientific, advanced methods to maintain a high-precision, stable-performance, constant-temperature anaerobic environment. It enables accurate, intuitive control of incubator temperature and gas parameters, ensuring safe, reliable, and user-friendly operation for anaerobic bacterial cultivation.

3. Equipped with an imported oxygen sensor, the incubator allows real-time monitoring of oxygen concentration within the operation chamber, with a switchable display function for readings in either % or PPM units.

4. An ultraviolet germicidal lamp is integrated into the chamber, and incoming gas undergoes filtration to effectively prevent bacterial contamination. The gas circuit system uses touch switches to control solenoid valves, enabling precise, on-demand adjustment of flow rates and flexible input of various required gases.

5. The operation chamber is outfitted with a deoxidizing catalyst, a dedicated inoculation rod sterilizer, and a wax melting disinfection unit to support anaerobic culture procedures.

6. A built-in USB interface enables data storage for up to 6 months, facilitating long-term process tracking and analysis.

7. Boasting a widened double-door design, the incubator eliminates obstruction of the operation chamber’s front window that occurs with single-door models, while the expanded interior accommodates more culture dishes. Both the incubation and operation chambers are constructed from smooth, corrosion-resistant stainless steel plates for long-lasting durability and a sleek appearance.

8. The operation chamber’s front window is constructed from thickened, transparent, impact-resistant specialty glass, and comes paired with reliable, comfortable, flexible gloves for seamless, ergonomic operation.

9. An integrated leakage protector is included to enhance electrical safety during operation.
