All-glass Tank Off-site Sterilization Fermenter with 2L-10L Interchangeable Culture Tanks

The LBR-XGJG/XGJGG series are laboratory-grade all-glass fermentation systems engineered for off-site sterilization. Featuring an oval glass tank bottom, water bath jacket, and mechanical agitation, these systems are user-friendly and highly functional, capable of supporting diverse fermentation modes including batch and fed-batch operations. Single-wall models utilize heating blanket temperature control, with available working volumes of 2L, 3L, 5L, 7L, and 10L. Temperature control accuracy reaches 0.05℃, and a color touchscreen displays all measured values and control parameters to streamline user operation. Four peristaltic pumps mounted on the front of the control cabinet deliver acid, alkali, antifoam agent, and culture medium to the fermenter. Key fermentation parameters such as pH, DO, temperature, and rotational speed are monitorable via the controller, with all data and control parameters transmissible to the controller or a connected computer.
