1. All material-contacting components are constructed from high borosilicate glass (expansion coefficient 3.3) and polytetrafluoroethylene, featuring stable performance and excellent chemical inertness to avoid reactions with samples.
2. Electronic stepless speed adjustment allows precise fine-tuning via knob operation, with digital display of rotational speed.
3. The constant temperature bath features digital temperature display, equipped with a K-type sensor at the bottom of the vessel and a stainless steel probe.
4. A vacuum pressure gauge provides real-time vacuum level readings via a clear pointer display.
5. The main frame consists of cold-rolled steel with anti-corrosion coating and aluminum alloy; the bath vessel is crafted from stainless steel. The sealing system utilizes a combined PTFE + fluororubber composite seal.
6. Integrated condenser with an upright double-layer serpentine coil configuration.
7. Piston-type feeding valve with a polytetrafluoroethylene extension tube enables continuous sample feeding to the evaporation flask under vacuum conditions.
8. The heating bath is adjusted vertically via a handwheel; dual fuse safety protection is provided for both rotation and heating systems.
9. Rotation and heating functions are controlled via dedicated power switches, with an ON-OFF tilt button for operational convenience.
10. The collection flask, positioned beneath the condenser, is fitted with a cap-type PTFE valve.
