5L Rotary Evaporator Enables Gentle Solvent Removal with 10-180 RPM Stable Rotation

Equipped with an intelligent temperature control system featuring a digital display and PT100 sensors, the unit maintains consistent heating trough temperatures. When the preset temperature is reached, the controller automatically cuts off heater power; when temperatures fall below the set point, it reactivates the heater to sustain thermal uniformity.

The rotation assembly comprises a stable, reliable micro-motor, speed-adjustable motor and integrated circuit control unit. With electronic speed regulation, it operates steadily within the 10-180 RPM range, meeting internationally advanced performance standards.

The rotation shaft is fabricated from high-temperature high borosilicate glass, offering exceptional heat resistance and sealing capability. Teflon-on-Teflon bidirectional seals provide superior airtight performance for vacuum operations.

A dedicated heating trough with an integrated resistance wire heater provides precise heating coverage ranging from room temperature to 99 °C, supporting diverse evaporation requirements.

For organic solvent evaporation, two condenser configurations are available: one utilizing dual-line convection principles, and another single-line design with an interlayer compatible with water, ice or dry ice. The vertical condenser design optimizes workspace utilization by minimizing footprint.

The flask lifting system employs a motor-driven rotary lifting mechanism, enabling smooth, precise vertical adjustment of the rotary flask assembly.
