The heating segment utilizes electric heating tubes to warm the circulating fluid. Via an integrated circulation pump and external circulation pipelines, the refrigerant or heat transfer fluid is delivered to the jacket of matching equipment, enabling indirect cooling and heating of reactor contents.
For external circulation operation, connect the unit’s upper outlet pipe to the kettle body’s lower inlet pipe; the circulating fluid will then flow back to the unit’s lower return port via the kettle’s upper circulation port, creating a closed circulation loop.

3. Overtemperature limit protection function: the unit automatically powers off when its maximum temperature threshold is exceeded to prevent uncontrolled operation.
4. Compressor overheating protection: the compressor automatically shuts down once its maximum operational temperature limit is reached.
5. Water-cooled models include water flow and low water pressure safety protections.
