Featuring a double-layer stainless steel construction, this reactor holds reaction solvents in its inner chamber for stirred reactions, while the interlayer can be connected to various cold or heat sources—including refrigerants, hot water, or hot oil—to enable cyclic heating or cooling operations. Under set constant temperature conditions, stirred reactions can be conducted at normal or negative pressure within the sealed vessel, with support for reflux and distillation of reaction solutions. It serves as an ideal pilot and production tool for modern fine chemical plants, biopharmaceutical facilities, and new material synthesis projects.

1. The entire assembly is constructed from SUS316L or SUS304 stainless steel, providing excellent chemical and physical stability.

2. Equipped with a variable frequency speed-regulating AC induction motor, the unit delivers constant rotational speed without brushes or sparks, ensuring safe, stable, and continuous operation.

3. The interlayer interface can be connected to hot oil for cyclic heating reactions or to refrigerant liquids for low-temperature reaction processes.

4. The six-port reactor cover features an extra-large opening for simplified cleaning, with standard port sockets that allow optional assembly of reflux and distillation synthesis setups.

5. A stainless steel ball valve at the bottom discharge port ensures no dead space within the vessel; the valve is removable to facilitate easy discharge of solid materials.

6. It supports room-temperature reactions, with reaction heat rapidly dissipable via circulating tap water.
