The refrigeration system relies on a fully hermetic compressor for mechanical cooling, integrated with plate heat exchangers, expansion valves, and pressure protectors to fulfill specified cooling requirements. The heating system employs electric heating tubes to warm the circulating fluid, which is then delivered via an internal circulation pump through external pipelines to the jacket of supporting equipment, enabling indirect cooling and heating of reactor contents.
For external circulation operation, connect the unit’s upper outlet pipeline to the reactor’s lower inlet pipeline; circulating fluid will flow from the reactor’s upper circulation port back to the unit’s lower return port, establishing a closed-loop circulation system.
Rapid switching between heating and cooling modes is supported, using a single medium (high- and low-temperature silicone oil) that requires no replacement once connected.
The entire liquid circulation loop is fully sealed and includes an expansion tank. Insulated from the main circulation loop, the expansion tank is only mechanically connected and does not participate in fluid circulation. Regardless of the main loop’s operating temperature, the medium within the expansion tank remains below 60°C, preventing water vapor absorption at low temperatures and oil mist formation at high temperatures.

3. Standard temperature control accuracy is ±1°C; connecting an external sensor enhances temperature difference accuracy to ±0.5°C.
4. A built-in USB interface supports data download functionality, allowing users to save and store test or reaction-related data for reference and compliance tracking.
5. A maximum temperature limit safeguard is included; the unit automatically powers off if the set maximum temperature is exceeded to prevent equipment damage.
6. Comprehensive power supply protection covers three scenarios: phase loss, incorrect live wire connection, and over/under voltage, with error code E-01 displayed for such faults.
7. Compressor overheating protection activates when the compressor reaches its temperature threshold, shutting down the compressor and displaying error code E-02.
8. Water-cooled configurations feature water flow and low water pressure protection, with error code E-03 displayed for related issues.
9. Sensor fault protection is equipped, with error code E-04 displayed in case of sensor malfunctions.
Note:
(1) When connecting the circulator to a reactor’s oil pipes, the total length of supply and return pipes should not exceed 4 meters (2 meters each). Exceeding this length risks cracking the reactor’s glass body.
(2) The temperature ramp-up and ramp-down rates of the unit are affected by ambient conditions, with an optimal maximum ambient temperature of 30°C.
(3) In humid southern regions with humidity levels >50%, the explosion-proof model is required.
(4) Both the circulator and reactor must follow a “low inlet, high outlet” configuration for oil circuit connections.
