Designed with a double-layer stainless steel structure, this reactor holds reaction solvents in its inner chamber for stirred reactions, while the jacket can be connected to various cold and heat sources (refrigeration fluids, hot water, or hot oil) for cyclic heating or cooling. Under preset constant temperature conditions, stirred reactions can be performed at normal or negative pressure within the sealed stainless steel vessel, with support for reflux and distillation of reaction solutions. It serves as an ideal pilot and production solution for modern fine chemical plants, biopharmaceutical facilities, and new material synthesis operations.

1. Entirely constructed from SUS316L or SUS304 stainless steel, the reactor exhibits excellent chemical and physical stability.

2. Equipped with an eight-port reactor lid featuring oversized openings for simplified cleaning, along with standard port sockets that support optional assembly of reflux and distillation synthesis systems.

3. Features frequency conversion speed control paired with an AC induction motor, delivering constant speed operation without brushes or sparks for safe, stable, continuous performance.

4. Jacket connections allow for circulation of hot oil to enable heating reactions, or connection to refrigeration fluids for low-temperature reaction processes.

5. Supports room-temperature reactions, with reaction heat rapidly dissipable via circulating tap water through the jacket.

6. Features a removable stainless steel ball valve at the lower discharge port, eliminating container dead spaces and simplifying the discharge of solid materials.
