3. An optional high-performance LYO-MEGA host computer control system is available, capable of storing operational data, curves and alarm records for up to 10 years to boost product traceability. It also facilitates intuitive observation, operation and fault diagnosis.

4. An optimized drying curve control algorithm regulates both product heating rate and vacuum levels throughout the drying phase.

5. Vacuum levels are dynamically adjusted during drying to prevent foaming and splattering of special materials, thereby enhancing drying efficiency.

6. A specialized gas diversion design and control technology ensures superior moisture capture capability and high drying efficiency.

7. The high-efficiency mixed refrigerant medium features a low freezing point and high boiling point, enabling exceptional heat exchange efficiency.

8. Shelves are manufactured using specialized techniques, offering excellent pressure resistance, high flatness and uniform temperature distribution.

9. Dual manual and automatic control modes are available for flexibility: manual mode supports process development, while automatic mode is optimized for large-scale production runs.

10. Configurable user access levels and passwords enable structured, decentralized operational management.
