3L Rotary Evaporator with Dual Digital Display: Precise Temp Control for Chemical Labs

Equipped with a temperature indicator and intelligent temperature control system with digital display, this unit utilizes PT100 sensors for precise regulation. When the water temperature reaches the set value, the controller automatically cuts off the heater power; when it drops below the set temperature, the power is restored to maintain constant tank water temperature.

As a B-type model, it comes with a speed display for accurate RPM readings. E-type variants feature an LCD screen for this function.

Integrated with a heating trough fitted with a resistance wire heater, the system supports a heating temperature range from room temperature to 99 °C.

The rotation shaft is constructed from high-temperature borosilicate glass, offering excellent heat resistance and sealing performance. Sealing components adopt a PTFE+PTFE bidirectional seal for optimal effectiveness.

The vertical lift system employs a motor-driven rotary lifting structure for smooth, stable height adjustment.

Two condenser configurations are available for organic solvent evaporation: one utilizing the double-line convection principle, and another single-line structure with an interlayer for water, ice, or dry ice containers. The vertical condenser design saves valuable lab space.

The rotation system is composed of a set of stable and reliable micro-motors, speed-adjustable motors, and integrated circuit control devices. Enabled by electronic speed regulation, it operates stably within the 10-180 RPM range, meeting advanced domestic and international standards.
