Jacketed reaction vessels are engineered for the synthesis of diverse materials under precisely controlled temperature and vacuum conditions. These versatile systems serve as integrated platforms for extraction, purification, distillation, and homogenization processes. Comprising an inner vessel paired with one or two insulating jackets, each reactor leverages temperature differentials generated by a chiller to regulate its internal operating environment. Operating under vacuum, these vessels are optimized for air-sensitive chemical and material synthesis applications. Constructed from glass, our jacketed reaction vessels are available in capacities spanning from 1L to 200L.

8.Bottom flange discharge port featuring a PTFE valve, securely fastened with aluminum flange components.
