Engineered with a double-layer stainless steel construction, this reactor holds reaction solvents in its inner chamber for stirred reactions, while the interlayer can be connected to various cold and heat sources including refrigerants, hot water, or hot oil to enable cyclic heating or cooling. Under controlled constant temperature conditions, stirred reactions can be performed at normal or negative pressure within the sealed vessel, with support for reflux and distillation processes. It serves as an ideal pilot and production tool for modern fine chemical plants, biopharmaceutical facilities, and new material synthesis operations.

The entire reactor assembly is constructed from SUS316L or SUS304 stainless steel, offering excellent chemical and mechanical stability.

Equipped with a variable frequency speed-regulated AC induction motor, this unit delivers consistent rotational speed without brushes or sparks, ensuring safe, stable, and continuous operation.

Its interlayer can be connected to circulating hot oil for heating reactions or to refrigerant fluids for low-temperature reaction processes.

The reactor features an eight-port lid with oversized openings for simplified cleaning; standard port sockets allow for optional assembly of reflux, distillation, and synthesis accessories.

A stainless steel ball valve is fitted at the bottom discharge port; the valve is removable and ensures no dead space within the vessel, simplifying the discharge of solid materials.

For room-temperature reactions, tap water can be circulated through the interlayer to rapidly dissipate generated reaction heat.
