The GZLY-3 pharmaceutical freeze dryer is engineered for use in pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities. It accommodates freeze-drying of both bulk materials (liquid, paste, solid) and vial-contained substances. For vial processing, materials are placed into vials with lids unsealed prior to initiating freeze-drying. Post-drying, an integrated capping device secures vial lids, preventing secondary contamination and moisture reabsorption while enabling long-term product storage.

Patented gas diversion design and control technology ensure strong ice collection capacity and high drying efficiency. 8. Vacuum level adjustment during operation prevents foaming and material blowout for specialized substances, further improving drying efficiency. 9. A unique dual-channel sealing system (mobile + fixed door seals) sterilizes stationary silicone rubber components during steam sterilization cycles. 10. Flexible manual and automatic control modes are provided: manual mode supports process development and optimization, while automatic mode is ideal for batch production runs.
11. Optional CIP (Clean-in-Place) and SIP (Sterilize-in-Place) functions are available to meet specialized facility requirements.
12. Custom non-standard configurations can be designed and manufactured to fulfill specific customer requests.
