The refrigeration section uses a fully hermetic compressor for mechanical cooling, consisting of plate heat exchangers, expansion valves, and pressure protectors to satisfy cooling requirements; the heating section employs electric heating tubes to warm the circulating fluid. An integrated circulation pump then delivers the refrigerant or heat transfer medium to the jacket of supporting equipment, enabling indirect cooling and heating of materials within the reactor.
For external circulation operation, connect the product’s upper outlet pipeline to the kettle body’s lower inlet. The circulating fluid will return from the kettle’s upper circulation port via pipeline to the product’s lower return port, forming a complete closed circulation loop.
The explosion-proof high and low temperature circulator allows rapid switching between heating and cooling modes, utilizing a single shared medium (high and low temperature silicone oil) with no need for medium replacement after connection.
The entire liquid circulation system is fully sealed and equipped with an expansion vessel. This vessel is thermally insulated from the circulation loop, connected only mechanically and not participating in fluid circulation. Regardless of the circulation fluid’s temperature, the medium in the expansion vessel remains below 60℃, preventing water vapor absorption at low temperatures and oil mist generation at high temperatures.

Built-in USB interface provides data download functionality, allowing users to save and store data from tested or reacted materials to serve as reference for future trials.
Maximum temperature limit protection prevents equipment runaway; the unit will automatically power off if temperatures exceed the threshold, avoiding overheating-related damage.
Comprehensive power supply protection covers phase loss, incorrect live wire connection, and over/under voltage conditions, with error code E-01 displayed for these issues.
Compressor overheat protection triggers automatic shutdown when the compressor’s tolerance limit is reached, with error code E-O2 displayed.
Water cooling system includes water flow and low water pressure protection, with error code E-03 shown for related faults.
Sensor fault protection is included, with error code E-04 displayed in case of malfunctions.
Note:
(1) When connecting the unit to a reactor’s oil pipes, the total length of supply and return pipes should not exceed 4 meters (2 meters each). Exceeding this length may cause damage to the reactor’s glass body.
(2) The heating and cooling rate of the unit is affected by ambient conditions, with the optimal maximum ambient temperature set at 30℃.
(3) In southern regions with high humidity (humidity>50%), the explosion-proof model must be used.
(4) Both the unit and reactor oil circuit connections follow a “low inlet, high outlet” configuration.
