Jacketed glass reaction vessels enable synthetic reactions of diverse materials under precisely controlled temperature and vacuum conditions. Acting as an all-in-one solution for extraction, purification, distillation and homogenization, these reactors consist of an inner vessel paired with one or two jackets, leveraging temperature differentials generated by a chiller to adjust their internal environment. Capable of vacuum operation, they are ideal for air-sensitive applications. Constructed from glass, they are available in volumes ranging from 1L to 200L.

1. Full set of glass components crafted from GG3.3 borosilicate glass, offering exceptional resistance to heat, cold and corrosion.
2. Supports an extensive operating temperature range of -60°C to 250°C, accommodating diverse thermal reaction requirements.
3. Solvent-resistant PTFE seals ensure long-lasting durability and reliable operation, maintaining a vacuum level of -0.098Mpa.
4. Equipped with a PT100 temperature sensor and LCD display, enabling precise temperature measurement and user-friendly operation.
5. Features a frequency-controlled AC induction motor that delivers constant speed, brushless, spark-free performance for safe, stable and continuous operation.
6. A robust stainless steel-reinforced PTFE stirrer with an anchored agitator, suitable for processing a wide range of viscous materials; multi-layer stirring blades are available as an optional upgrade.
7. Heavy-duty stainless steel support framework with lockable casters for easy mobility and stable positioning (the entire support structure and glass vessel are shipped pre-assembled).
8. The bottom flange discharge port is fitted with a PTFE valve, securely fastened by an aluminum flange assembly.
