20L 30L Jacketed Glass Filtration Reactor with Vacuum Filtration for CBD Oil Crystallization & Peptide Synthesis

As a widely used biochemical instrument, the jacketed glass filtration reactor integrates both reactor and filtration functions. It is designed for chemical reactions and physical processes involving synthesis, catalysis or other solid-liquid operations in laboratories and production facilities. Enabling one or multiple steps (e.g., post-reaction filtration) to be performed in a single vessel, it minimizes material measurement deviations and reduces the number of reaction substrate transfers. All wetted components are inert, enabling the equipment to be compatible with a broad spectrum of chemicals and solvents. A dedicated filter separates solid particles from slurries, forming a filtered layer. Filtrate drains to the vessel bottom and can be collected via the bottom outlet valve, while filter cake can be easily removed from the bottom for PTFE filter cleaning.
