The refrigerated heating circulator integrates cooling, heating and circulation functionalities, and consists of a refrigeration unit, heating unit, circulation system and control system.
The refrigeration module relies on a fully hermetic compressor for mechanical refrigeration, and incorporates plate heat exchangers, expansion valves and pressure protectors to satisfy cooling demands.
The heating module utilizes electric heating tubes to warm the circulating fluid. Via the integrated circulation pump and external circulation pipelines, the cooling or heating medium is delivered to the jacket of matched equipment, enabling indirect temperature control of materials within the reactor.
For external circulation operation, connect the circulator’s upper outlet pipe to the kettle body’s lower inlet pipe; the circulating fluid will then flow back to the circulator’s lower return port via the upper circulation port of the kettle, establishing a closed circulation loop.
