The refrigeration system of this high-low temperature circulator utilizes a fully enclosed compressor for mechanical cooling, paired with a plate heat exchanger, expansion valve, and pressure protector to meet cooling demands. For heating operations, an electric heating tube warms the circulating fluid.

Refrigerant or heat transfer fluid is delivered to the jacket of supporting equipment via the built-in circulation pump and external circulation pipeline, enabling indirect cooling and heating of materials inside the reactor. During external circulation, connect the upper outlet pipeline to the lower inlet of the reactor vessel; the circulating fluid returns from the reactor’s upper circulation port to the product’s lower return port, forming a complete closed circulation loop.

This integrated high-low temperature circulator allows rapid switching between heating and cooling modes using the same medium (high-low temperature silicone oil), eliminating the need for separate equipment for each function—a key improvement over traditional setups.

The entire liquid circulation system is hermetically sealed and equipped with an expansion vessel. The expansion vessel is thermally insulated from the circulation loop, connected only mechanically and not participating in fluid circulation. Regardless of the circulation fluid’s temperature, the medium in the expansion vessel remains below 60°C, preventing water vapor absorption at low temperatures and oil mist formation at high temperatures.

1. Standard temperature control accuracy is ±1°C; connecting an external sensor can achieve a temperature difference accuracy of ±0.5°C.

Equipped with a PLC computer module, it supports computer connection for remote control, enabling multi-point continuous temperature control, segmented temperature control, and constant temperature operation. A single computer can manage multiple high-low temperature units, significantly enhancing usability and work efficiency.

3. Comes with a USB interface for data download, allowing customers to save and store test or reaction-related material data for future reference.

4. All compressors are imported units sourced from France and Denmark.

5. Maximum temperature limit protection: the equipment automatically powers off when exceeding the set maximum temperature to prevent overheating damage.

6. Power supply protection: safeguards against phase loss, incorrect live wire connection, and over/under voltage (displays error code E-01).

7. Compressor overheating protection: the compressor stops operating when reaching its tolerance limit, displaying error code E-02.

8. Water cooling system protection: monitors water flow and low water pressure, displaying error code E-03 if issues arise.

9. Sensor protection: triggers error code E-04 in case of sensor malfunctions.

Note:

(1) The oil pipe connection between the high-low temperature circulator and reactor should not exceed 4 meters (2 meters for supply and 2 meters for return pipes); exceeding this length may cause damage to the reactor’s glass body.

(2) The temperature rise/fall rate of the unit is affected by ambient conditions, with an optimal maximum ambient temperature of 30°C.

(3) In high-humidity environments (humidity >50%), an explosion-proof model is recommended.

(4) Both the circulator and reactor oil circuit connections should follow the “low inlet, high outlet” principle.
